      The focus is on helping women regain a wholesome balance after giving birth. Guest speakers will include lactation experts\, postpartum doulas\, midwives\, physical therapists\, psychotherapists and more!

      $15/class prepaid for whole series ($120)
      $20/prepaid per class
      $25/class drop-in
