      WINTERFEST follows the parade at 3 p.m. at Sycamore Grove Park on Figueroa Street at Ave 45. Family rides\, vendors with live music provided by Ramona Hall Music School. PARADE WINNING ENTRIES will be announced at 3:30 p.m.
