Sample sumptuous cuisine by Philadelphia's top international chefs as they divulge secret recipes and tell tales from behind the kitchen door in an evening of mingling\, drinking\, and tasting. Meet bestselling writer Gael Greene\, author of Insatiable\, a new book about her adventures in sensuous excess as a restaurant critic for New York magazine.  Food lovers will sample cuisine and meet and mingle with over 20 of Philadelphia's hottest chefs\, from the up-and-coming to the nationally renowned. Each chef will bring a favorite recipe and share the story that goes with it.
