You turn up with something you are working on ready to talk about it (printouts work better than a laptop). You should be able to explain the project and target audience and goals so that comments can be relevant to the project. Once thats done other people in the group will give constructive feedback. Each person gets 20 minutes focused on them. Not everyone will get a chance to demo their work. Even if you don't have something to talk about you can still come and talk about other peoples work.
