      Steps on implementing Continuous Integration can be learned from various websites\, books and mailing lists. There are enough tools (such as Cruise Control\, Hudson\, etc) which one can download and put to use.
      
      However\, there are reasons why Continuous Integration was invented\, and lots of other day to day process problems that Continuous Integration can help you solve. CI as a solution can in itself lead to a lot of problems - people problems more than technical !
      
      In this talk\, Sriram givers Continuous Integration briefly\, and then proceeds to describe the various problems that he has seen CI solve\, various others that CI brings to everyone's attention\, and how such problems are usually addressed.
      
      Prerequisites:
      - Some awareness of working with others on a software project
      - Some awareness of build systems that use build files (Ant\, make\, etc)
      - Should have at least read about Unit Tests
