This is a class designed for couples who cannot take the multi-week series because of work conflicts\, etc. Breathing\, relaxation\, and massage are included\, as well as pain management techniques and a hospital tour. There is a one hour lunch break. Class will be held on Friday 6 p.m. - 10 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Participants will need to bring 2 pillows and a blanket with them to each session. Park in the Visitors Parking Garage and take the elevator to the Plaza Level. The glass doors will take you into the Education Center. Check the overhead monitor for the classroom location. We suggest taking this class during your third trimester. We highly recommend that you finish all of your childbirth classes at least three or four weeks prior to your due date. Refund To receive a refund you must cancel your class 2 weeks prior to the start of the class. Refunds will not be permitted after 120 days of class registration.
