 This Reiki training covers the fundamentals of Reiki.  It is designed to create an understanding of what Reiki is and how you can utilize Reiki energy for yourself.  Through the attunement process\, you will connect with Reiki Energy and learn how to develop a relationship with Reiki that is all your own. This relationship connects you to your own sacred life force.  Through this\, you will begin your journey as a healer.  By learning to use Reiki on yourself\, you will promote balance\, wholeness and a higher level of consciousness.  This higher consciousness creates a calm state of being that automatically leads to healing of the emotional\, mental\, physical and spiritual body.  Reiki builds personal power and resilience that can be accessed at anytime.  When you create your individual understanding of Reiki\, you then become more capable and more available to assist other in their healing process.  We are only healers when we heal ourselves first.  It is only after that\, when we are able to support others in their healing.
