Der Erwerb des «Master of Advanced Studies in E-Government» ist innerhalb von zwei Jahren möglich. Das Studium umfasst vier Komponenten. In den ersten beiden Semestern E-Government Basis- und Expertenwissen vermittelt\, das dritte Semester ist dem Thema Public Management gewidmet. Das Studium wird abgeschlossen mit einer Masterarbeit im vierten Semester. Das Studium umfasst insgesamt 60 ECTS Credits mit total 72 Kontakttagen. Jedes Modul wird mit einem Leistungsnachweis abgeschlossen\, die Abschlussarbeit (Masterthesis) ist mit 15 Kreditpunkten veranschlagt. Nächster Kursbeginn ist Montag\, der 8. September 2008. Unterrichtstage sind jeweils Montag und Dienstag im 14-tägigen Rhythmus. Das Studium «Electronic Government» (E-Gov) richtet sich an Kaderleute der öffentlichen Hand\, die ihr verwaltungsspezifisches Know-How erweitern und sich profundes Wissen über E‑Government aneignen wollen. Angesprochen sind vor allem: * Interne und externe Beraterinnen und Berater von Öffentlichen Verwaltungen * Führungskräfte\, mittleres Kader aus Gemeinde-\, Kantons- und Bundesverwaltung * Fachleute aus den Bereichen Informatik und Organisation Da wir um die zunehmende Schwierigkeit einer umfangreichen Ausbildungsplanung wissen\, ist das Studium modular aufgebaut: Nach ersten beiden Semestern kann mit einem DAS (Diploma of Advanced Studies) abgeschlossen werden. Welches Richtlinienkonzept funktioniert und die aktive Teilnahme am Informations- und Wissensaustausch im Intranet fördert\, soll Gegenstand der Diskussion dieses Themenschwerpunktes sein. Verschiedene Praxisvorträge berichten über ihre Konzeptansätze und Erfahrungswerte. In einer Open Space Session soll ein Meta-Konzept mit allen Teilnehmern erarbeitet werden\, welches als Grundlage für eine eigene Intranet Governance Strategie dienen kann. Thema 2: Intranet Redaktion Im Mittelpunkt dieses Themenschwerpunktes steht die Gestaltung der Redaktionsorganisation im Intranet. Im Gegensatz zum Internet kennzeichnen sich Intranet-Projekte schon immer durch eine größere Anzahl von Redakteuren bzw. Content-Lieferanten aus. Es galt und gilt\, die kollektive Information und das Wissen der Mitarbeiter zu Prozessen\, Geschäftsinhalten und kulturellen Unternehmensmerkmalen im Intranet festzuhalten. Während die Redaktion 1.0 eher hierarchisch organisiert war\, strukturiert sich die Redaktion 2.0 eher netzwerkartig. Mit dieser Themenausrichtung sollen verschiedene Projektansätze vorgestellt und diskutiert werden. Im Rahmen einer Open Space Session sollen die Herausforderungen und Lösungsansätze für die Redaktionsorganisation im Intranet erarbeitet werden. Thema 3: Intranet Controlling Vielerorts hat das Intranet mittlerweile eine strategische Bedeutung und damit die entsprechende Management-Relevanz\, was die Intranet-Verantwortlichen wiederum in die Pflicht nimmt\, eine aussagefähige Erfolgsbewertung über diese Aktivität durchzuführen. Während bisher der Ausweis von einfachen Traffic-Zahlen vielfach ausreichend war\, bedarf es nun eines ganzheitlichen und management-orientierteren Ansatzes. Anhand verschiedener Berichte von Projektverantwortlichen soll die Idee vom management-orientierten Intranet-Controlling diskutiert werden.
