      1. Wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothes. Pick up a short list of 10 houses to go knock on and find out how easy it is to "canvass" for Obama!
      2. Bring your cell phone with you and make 10 short phone calls to undecided voters. Just tell them why you're voting for Obama - it's easy and you know we like to talk!
      3. Write postcards to 10 undecided older adults that might be encouraged to vote for Obama after a personal note from you!
      4. Make signs to distribute to friends\, neighbors\, businesses. There will be some art supplies available\, but feel free to bring some donations.
      5. Decide which activity you enjoyed best and do it again!
      6. Bring snack food or beverages if possible.
      7. Anyone that wants to bake cookies/bars for the volunteer staff at the Oak Creek office can bring cookie dough/batter (already prepared\, please) and bake them while we work!!

      [PLEASE NOTE: We lost money on food &amp\; drink for the last debate watch party - please be generous to make sure this doesn't happen again! The hors d’oeuvres &amp\; drinks for this event are not pay-as-you go\; rather\, they will be paid for in bulk on debate day. We Obama supporters try to believe in trust – so the eats &amp\; drinks are on the honor system! We’re asking that everyone pitch in some cash to help cover costs – and please bear in mind that it would make sense if people gave in at least rough proportion to what they consume (e.g.\, if you have 5 plates of food &amp\; 4 drinks\, try to pitch in more than a couple bucks)\, though but the more people show up &amp\; toss in some cash\, the lower the per-person cost will be. The Cannery also bills us for a gratuity\, so please bear that in mind!]
