If we do have a picnic\, I am thinking this will be at a pavilion somewhere around the pool area.  They may even have one with a fire place.  Details later.

      It is strenuous (up and down hills) but there is a half way point for those who get tired.  There is one spot where you have to step up the roots of a tree about three steps.  And some of the trail is sloped to the side.  We will also need to cross a stream several time on rocks and logs.  These features are all on the first half of the trail.  The second half is mostly dirt or gravel trails.  I recommend hiking shoes.
      Just throwing out ideas\;  maybe if we get a lot of people and someone wants to lead an easier hike\, we can do that as well.  There are plenty of trails and I can help map something out if need be.
