This benefit run starts at 8 a.m. and the beautiful course consists of one (5K) or two (10K) paved trail loops around the lake. KFRC (106.9 FM) will be onsite providing great oldies music to power your best run yet. All participants are welcome to attend free pre-race running clinics provided by our partner\, Road Runner Sports in Concord\, the "World's Largest Running Store." These clinics will provide information for both beginners and experienced runners on preparing for the race\, improving running technique and nutrition. Participants will compete for great prizes and all finishers will receive awards. Trophies will be awarded to best overall male and female competitors in both the 5K and 10K events.
