 Led by Darius McCrary\, the D-List is the house band at the Underground�they drive the Underground. They are also the chief musicians at the church they were raised in\, The First Church of God. The group consists of seven friends (and lovers) who were not only taught to play together\, but to pray together. Over time\, their musical gifts have given them something most �church folk� never get the chance to experience� the real world. They live a life that most of the �church folk� say have them �with one foot in the Lord�s house and one foot in-the Devil is a lair.�
 
 The Pastor of the First Church of God\, Reverend Johnson\, is old school. He believes that �Jesus is the Way\, the Truth and the Light. No man cometh to the Father\, but by him.� He believes in knockdown\, drag-out\, Holy Ghost filled church services.

 In August\, Rodney released his new Christmas album\, Make It Christmas. 'It ain't got a funny song on it\,' he says. 'It's a big-band\, Frank Sinatra-type Christmas record\; something I've always wanted to do.' The albums includes many holiday classics such as 'Mary\, Did You Know?\,' 'O Holy Night' and 'Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas”.
 
 According to Pollstar\, Rodney has been among the top ten grossing touring comedians as he has performed for sold out audiences throughout the US and Canada for the last five years.
