New York Cares needs 8,000 volunteers to paint a brighter future for New York City students. Join us for a day of good, clean fun, painting, cleaning and revitalizing more than 100 NYC public schools.

Who: You and 8,000 other caring New Yorkers
What: A day of volunteering, fundraising and fun
Where: Over 100 public schools throughout the 5 boroughs
When: Saturday, October 18, 2008, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Why: Revitalize schools for New York City kids and raise money to support New York Cares' year-round volunteering.
