FRAGILE THINGS is Neil Gaiman's second collection of short fiction, and it contains approximately 20 previously published pieces -- stories, verse, and an American Gods novella -- plus one new piece written especially for this volume. This event is free and open to the public. The doors will open at 7:15 p.m. Between 6:15 and 7:15 there will be a reception outside on the Plaza with light refreshments, tea and coffee. We will have a Welcome Table at the reception for the following:

* You will be issued a number in the form of a raffle ticket. We will be calling blocks of numbers at a time for Neil's book-signing after the event.
* You will be offered a "seat saver" which will hold a chair for you inside (first come-first serve.)
* Neil will sign as many copies of the book as are purchased at Kepler's, plus two additional items for each person.

We will be showcasing several graphic novels that night, and the authors and illustrators will be signing their books outside during the reception.
