Bayou Preservation Association Presents 9th Annual Symposium

The BPA presents its 9th Annual Symposium, “Watershed Sustainability: Addressing Regional Growth”. This year’s symposium will focus on how our area can prepare for and respond to regional growth and protect our bayous. The day will feature Houston Harris County Judge Ed Emmett, Assistant General Manager of the San Antonio River Authority Stephen T. Graham, P.E., keynote speaker, and many other scientists, policy makers, planners and engineers offering unique perspectives and ideas. With BPA’s focus on over 2,500 miles of waterways, the symposium aims to advance the protection of our bayous and transform these waterways to scenic and recreational landmarks for the city.
