Blues-rock guitar virtuoso, vocalist and songwriter Joe Bonamassa visits Colston Hall in November in support of latest album. Sloe Gin is Joe’s seventh studio album – on it he reunites with producer Kevin Shirley (Joe Satriani, Black Crowes, Aerosmith, Led Zeppelin), who produced Joe’s 2006 album You & Me, which entered the Billboard Blues chart at #1 in 2007.

Renowned for his fluid phrasing and post-modern fusion of traditional British roots and blues with rock and roll guts, Bonamassa began playing guitar at age four, and toured with blues icon B.B. King when he was twelve.

He kicked off 2007 with being named Best Blues Guitarist by Guitar Player Magazine’s readership in their annual Reader’s Choice Awards.
