Venture-Backed Executive Club Town Hall Meeting is a neutral forum for CFOs in venture-backed companies to meet, share perspectives, learn from each other and, develop joint business opportunities.

- The CFO Town Hall Meeting will bring together CFOs from venture-backed companies to network, raise common issues and meet informally
- At the beginning of each session, the attendees will introduce themselves so that they all can identify possible company synergies to be explored informally later on
- During the town hall, the Discussion Leader will serve as the focal point for questions and issues raised by the attendees and will create a top ten style list of issues and themes faced by CFOs, with the goal of fostering audience give and take

The emphasis will be on maximum networking and informal time with just enough structure to facilitate improved networking.

Discussion Leader: Dave Izuka
Dave Izuka is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of broad experience in venture capital, finance, operations and consulting. Dave has raised significant capital from an IPO, premier venture capital firms and strategic corporate investors. He served as VP and CFO at a number of startups and early-stage companies.

Dave began consulting with emerging companies in 1993 and founded the Venture Catalyst Group in 1996 to assist startups with product definition, strategy, business planning and fundraising. The more significant projects included Rubric Software (acquired by Broadbase), PlaceWare (acquired by Microsoft), Worldtalk (IPO and acquired by Tumbleweed), Advance Fibre Communications (IPO and acquired by Tellabs), Collabria (acquired by HP), CrossCommerce ($20M Series A), TeamScape (acquired by PeopleSoft), Applicast (acquired by Agilera), MyBuys ($8M Series A) and Blue Chip Expert.
