A twister comes to Kansas and transports Dorothy and trusty Toto to a strange place (definitely not Kansas) called Oz. The Wicked Witch of the East tries to thwart Dorothy but with the help of Glinda, the Good Witch, Dorothy sets out to find her way home. Along the way, she teams up with a Scarecrow, a Tin Man and a Cowardly Lion. They all follow the Yellow Brick Road to the Emerald City and meet the Wizard.
