ABOUT HOSUR

Hosur is part of the Krishnagiri district. It is located about 40 kilometers south-east of Bangalore. During 1980s industrialization began with the help of SIPCOT and Hosur gradually developed into a busy industrial town. TVS Motors and Ashok Leyland are famous Indian automobile companies which have their manufacturing units in Hosur. It is also known as Little England for its climatic conditions. Hosur is known on these days not only for its climatic condition but for the thousands of industries located here.
