The Downtown Neighborhood Association will be hosting an email marketing workshop by Steve Robinson with Constant Contact (the Top Ten e-mail service DNA uses) on October 15.
This "Get in the Game" workshop will overall show how one can recruit and retain customers with an email marketing campaign. Topics covered during this overview of email marketing include: What is permission-based email marketing; list building; tips on getting your emails opened; best practices in email marketing; tracking results and what to do with this information; and much more!!
Steve Robinson is the Regional Development Director - Illinois for Constant Contact. He relies on his 26+ years of experience as President of the Lake County Chamber of Commerce, as a partner in Graphic Bytes LLC, and as the Business Development Director for Metropolitan Fire Restoration Services. He also spent 9 years fundraising for non profit associations. He was twice named to Crain's Chicago Business Who's Who in Non-Profit Management.
