Sunrise Players, the same ministry that brought you Godspell and Jesus Christ Superstar last season, is proud to present It's a Wonderful Life, the Musical.
This is based on the 1946 Frank Capra Movie 'Its a Wonderful Life' with Jimmy Stewart.
While this show has been a long-time favorite of the Christmas season - the show is NOT ABOUT Christmas. It's actually about how one life can have a startling impact on the lives of so many other people in the world - people you many not even know personally. It is our belief that the timing of this show (pre-holidays) is perfect, as now is a great time to remember the impact we have on the world around us. Furthermore, with the current economic climate, the depression setting of this production has struck a special cord with our cast and they are anxious to share a message of hope.
