We only have a few weeks to go in what could be the most important election of a lifetime. Join fellow Obama supporters in the 43rd Legislative District as we make calls to our neighbors in Seattle and to our fellow citizens in the battleground states.

Please bring your cell phone and/or laptop, as we will take advantage of free nightly minutes to make calls on our cell phones. There is free Wi-Fi available so that you can use the Obama Neighbor to Neighbor Tool. You can stay as long as you want; 30mins, 1hr, etc. We will have lists for you to call from if you don’t have a laptop. Just think about the difference you can make if you show up and make just 15-20 calls.

I’ll have two cell phones that people can use. First come, first serve. There are several restaurants in the area so you can grab dinner before or after you come to make some calls.

This will also be where you can pick-up canvassing lists for your precinct and drop off lists that you have already completed. If you are going to show up to get a walking list please e-mail Michelle Aubrey at aubreymich@hotmail.com with your precinct number so that I can have the list ready to go.

For those of you that aren’t familiar with the South Lake Union area – Café Vivace is across from the REI Flagship Store on Yale Ave.

This location and the community room in Alley 24 will serve as a base of operation, during the designated hours, for the 43rd LD – Region E (Precincts 1774, 1776, 1779, 1780, 1781, 1782, 1783, 1784, 1786, 1787, 1788, 1835, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2035, 2061, 2105, 2544, 2862, 3230, 3320, 3497), up through November 4th.
