Have you been asking yourself how you can help elect Obama/Biden? We only have a few weeks to go in what could be the most important election of a lifetime. Join fellow Obama/Biden supporters as we make calls to our neighbors in Seattle to Get Out the Vote.

Bring your cell phone and/or laptop, as we will take advantage of free nightly minutes to make calls on our cell phones. There is free Wi-Fi and we will provide you with calling lists and scripts. All you have to do is show up and make some calls.

I’ll have two cell phones that people can use. First come, first serve. There are several restaurants in the area so you can grab dinner and come to make some calls.

You can stay as long as you want; 30mins, 1hr, etc. We will have lists for you to call from if you don’t have a laptop. Just think about the difference you can make by chatting with 15-20 of your neighbors. This is how we win an election and change the country.

Sometimes the calls will be to Obama supporters who want to volunteer and just need to be told where and when. Sometimes it's undecided voters. Sometimes it's to encourage people to actually get out and vote.

For those of you who aren’t familiar with the South Lake Union area – Alley 24 is across from the REI Flagship Store and is located between Yale Ave and Pontius Ave in the Alley. The community room is in the North Tower.

The community room in Alley 24 will serve as a base of operation, during the designated hours, for the 43rd LD – Region E, up through November 4th.
