A "green" lifestyle is much easier than you think. The key is to inspire people to provoke change We all have the potential to change - ourselves and the world we live in. Understanding this transformative power is essential to live a more compassionate and examined life, a "green" life.

Only a few years ago, Roberto Giannicola realized that the mundane lifestyle he was living had more far-reaching and damaging consequences on the environment, people and the planet than he ever expected. Ambiguous at first, he decided to begin with small steps. Over time, he gathered "eco momentum" and discovered easy fulfilling ways to live with respect, reverence and responsibility.

In 2004, Roberto attended a two year environmental and humane education program from the Institute for Humane Education. This program focused on issues including the environment, human rights, animals and a broad range of cultural and media issues. In 2007, he founded Provokare Presentations, a company dedicated to inspire and provoke changes for a better environment and a healthier life.

Socially responsible living is a growing trend that is recognized by business leaders as an important factor for customers, employees and members of organizations when selecting the companies they work with or the products they buy. Yet, often we are confused about what it means to be responsible and what steps we should take.

Practical solutions, a positive approach and plenty of humor are at the heart of Provokare Presentations. Green-inspired or not, individuals and organizations will thrive while enjoying a greater sense of fulfillment. Roberto is here to talk about how the small steps we take individually can have beneficial repercussions for people and the planet, locally and across the world; benefiting us all as individuals and businesses.

$25 - members; $35 - others.
