Electronic-Roman music from the Istanbul of today. Recipients of the 2006 Anna Lindth Foundation's Cross-Cultural Communication Award, this Techno Roman Project is known for combining Roman music with electronic undertones. Coming together in 2002 to fuse traditional melodies and technologically enhanced music together, this group released their first album Feleque on Elec-Trip records in 2003. Clarinet virtuoso Selim Sesler and his band play their traditional repertoire on stage while Elec-Trip DJs mix things up.
