for a 13-week Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills Workgroup starting in January 2009.

Application deadline: December 23, 2008. Group will meet Wednesdays from January 21, 2009 to April 15, 2009 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Learn specific skills to substitute for harmful impulsive behaviors such as:
*suicidal thinking,
*self harm,
*substance abuse,
*eating disorders,
*anger management,
*and other impulse control issues.
