Tomihira rocks!

What a killer show! Long live 80's alt. and 90's shoegaze! We had Tomihira down to Fresno recently, and they rocked The Starline!

Here's some more info on The Dalloways from a recent press release. Hope to see you all at the show!

The Dalloways join local shoegaze extraordinaires Tomihira, Love is Chemicals, and Boshuda for an exclusive one night engagement at Edinburgh Castle, San Francisco. So who are The Dalloways, you ask? Dreampop sophisticates, ?80?s pop/poet lovers, California shoe gazers... These descriptions bring you at least a little closer to this complex band. Think Lloyd Cole meets The Dream Academy meets Belle and Sebastian, and you?re halfway to understanding these sometimes moody, often upbeat dreamers.

Edinburgh Castle is at 950 Geary St. 94109. Call 415.885.4074 or visit www.castlenews.com for directions. 21 and over. Music starts at 10:00 PM. The show is free, with an optional donation appreciated. For more information including sound bites, visit www.dalloways.com.
