Sockets CDR release party for Caution Curves, M.O.T.H and Kidney Stones

The Caution Curves [http://myspace.com/thecautioncurves] "A Little Hungry" is the first CD from Sockets, a majority CDR label, and is a stunning collection of songs exploring sound, voice and space. This is the first LP by Caution Curves which is comprised of three DC area musicians - Tristana Fiscella, Amanda Huron and Rebecca Mills. Collectively the three create a sound completely their own and make all the boys trying their hands at experimental music look like posers.

For tonights perfromance the part of Amanda Huron will be played by her understudy Ben Azzara of the DC Improvisers Collective, among others.

M.O.T.H is a side project of Sam Hilmer of Zs with Ben Gerstein and Layne Garrett. http://www.myspace.com/mmootthh
