SOMA Sessions, San Francisco's most forward thinking Drum & Bass promoters, have returned to present another rare intimate session with PARADOX *Live PA* (London, UK). This special night of break beat science will be held at Chinatown's infamous Li Po Cocktail Lounge on Friday, December 15th.

Paradox (Dev Pandya) is an artist who has truly shaped trends rather than followed them. Since 1989, and for over a hundred releases on respected labels including Reinforced, Metalheadz, and his own family of imprints, Dev Paradox has blazed trails into what he calls "drumfunk," sampling and chopping 70s funk breaks into his own style of reconstructed Jungle riddims. Unlike most Drum & Bass artists, Paradox performs a live P.A. rather than DJing, and orchestrates his Amiga computer, synthesizer, sampler and microphone into a blissful Jungle experience not to be missed.

Getting the Li Po lower level to a boiling point are the talents of SOMA Sessions founder DJ M and Santa Cruz's Silly Kid. The host for the evening is MC Duh (Groundscore). Don't miss this night of S.F. Drum & Bass history in the making.
