Achieving Developer / Designer Zen with .NET. The world that we live in calls out for functional applications that are also designed well with exceptional user experiences (UX). Traditionally the tools that are available to developers are not the best suited for this task… until now. In this talk we will look at some of the recent breakthrough in the Microsoft platform that allow developers and designers to not only work together.. but work well together. We will start by looking at what frustrates HTML/CSS designers about ASP.NET and how to overcome those frustrations with ASP.NET CSS Friendly Adapters. We will conclude with an overview of the new Windows Presentation Foundation and discuss the developer/designer interactions and processes that are now available for creating amazing “next generation” Windows Applications with the new Expression Suit of tools.
