Mossadiq is used to doing things big. At Ballard he helped to grow the company value from $10 million to $6 billion. At Xantrex he transformed the company from a small niche player to a world leader in advanced power electronics, with revenues growing from $10 million to $234 million when it was sold to Schneider Electric for $500 million this September. With Jeff Petersen as moderator for our "fireside chat”, he and Mossadiq will talk about the challenges both Ballard and Xantrex faced from their early days through their successful IPOs, Mossadiq's advice on growing a small company into a major success, his views on strategic partnerships and the evolving alternative energy sector.
