ATP The Fans Strike Back takes place over three days, from Friday 8th to Sunday 10th May 2009 (Check out Monday), at Butlins holiday resort in Minehead.

For this event half of the lineup will be chosen by ATP, and the other half will be selected by votes cast by The Fans that buy tickets.

To mix things up a bit we've decided that at least for the first round of voting you can only vote for bands that have never played a UK ATP Festival before. So it's time to get imaginative. There will be a full list of bands that you can't vote for on the vote page when it goes up.

Butlins Minehead looks out across a superb sandy beach. The site not only has a supermarket, newsagent and cash points, it also has Burger King, Pizza Hut, Finnigan's fish and chips, Sun and Moon, Skyline Cafe and Yacht Club Dining room. Onsite facilities include a cinema, Splash Water World - a sub-tropical environment that has a huge wave pool, a swimming pool, 3 flumes and also a flume based raft ride - Ten-pin bowling and amusement arcade. Sports include Archery, Football, Basketball, Darts, Petanque, Fencing, Kwik Cricket, Netball, Rounders, Table Tennis, Outdoor Bowls and Crazy Golf (some of these subject to availability but most usually operate during the weekend).

Room Only accommodation is available in 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 berths and offers either double, single or bunk beds with private bathroom and TV, but no kitchen facilities or lounge, more like a hotel room. (£150 + booking fee per ticket)

Self Catering accommodation is available in 4, 6 or 7 berths and offers private bathroom, full kitchen facilities and separate lounge area with TV. (£160 + booking fee per ticket)

All tickets include a 3-day festival pass and 3 nights accommodation. Ticket includes performances starting from mid-afternoon, with 40+ acts set to play live across the weekend. There are four pubs and DJ sets through till late, a pop quiz, bingo, cinema and television chosen by ATP and The Fans, plus three nights in a self-catering apartment or room only accommodation all with private bathroom suites and TV's.

Butlins Holiday Resort Minehead, Somerset, TA24 5SH is located near Taunton.

By road Heading north the simplest route is to take the M5 to Taunton (Junction 25), then take the A358 and A39 to Minehead. Heading south on the M5, you can follow the signposts for the A39 from junction 24. Butlins Minehead Holiday Camp is just half a mile along the seafront road from Minehead town centre. Butlins is signposted from the M5 and from Bridgwater and Taunton.

By train or rail If you are travelling by train, the nearest main line station to Minehead is Taunton. A bus transfer service is operated by Southern National between Taunton Station and Minehead. This service is available at an additional cost. On Mondays to Saturdays, there's approximately an hourly service, with the last bus leaving Taunton Railway Station at 10:15 pm. On Sundays and Bank Holidays services run every 2 hours from 9:35 am - 9:35 pm. For general information call Southern National on 01823 272033. Accessibility
Butlins Resort facilities are fully accessible, specific information on each venue/bar/restaurant is detailed below:

- Centre Stage has a lift for those with mobility issues. Please observe the weight limits as some of the big mobility scooters may be too heavy, if this is the case Butlins can provide alternative scooters for guests. There are Disabled Toilets inside.
- Reds has ramp access and disabled toilets.
- Crazy horse is single level access and has a disabled toilet.
- Jaks has ramp access and a disabled toilet.
- Irish Bar has a single level access but no disabled toilet.
- Sun & Moon has single level access and a disabled toilet.
- The whole of Skyline is totally accessible on same level and with ramps to Skyline Cafe. There are disabled toilets in Skyline.
- All the guest restaurants have disabled access, same level and either toilet facilities in them, or near by.
