Germany’s foreign broadcaster presents the 5th Deutsche Welle International Weblog Awards ceremony.

The international jury will meet in Berlin to decide on the winners of the Jury Awards in each category. All of the contest's winners will be announced by the jury on Nov. 27 in Berlin during a public event. The jury will also discuss tendencies and characteristics of the international blogosphere.

The BOBs provide a unique and international look at the global blogosphere in 11 languages (Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Indonesian, Persian, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish).
