The Attucks Theatre and the Crispus Attucks Cultural Center in association with Edutainment Productions Inc., is pleased to announce a new production of their holiday gospel musical, Black Nativity, in celebration of its fifth Anniversary.
There is no better way to usher in the holiday season than with the joyous sounds of the finest gospel voices from throughout the Hampton Roads Area. This musical treat for the eyes and ears was a winner playing to sell-out crowds last year.
Inspiring narration, glorious gospel music, and delightfully raucous humor combine to create a richly entertaining theatre experience the whole family can enjoy. People of all backgrounds, religious and secular alike, from throughout the Seven Cities and, indeed, the nation return each season to experience this jubilant holiday tradition.
All the wonder of Christmas fills the stage as the extraordinary artists of Black Nativity “Make a joyful noise unto the Lord!”
