The Sixth Annual Florida Pirate Festival will be held on November 21st, 22nd and 23rd, 2008 at Vinoy Park, St. Petersburg, Florida.

Step back in time to July 27, 1718, Nassau, New Providence Island, Bahamas. Woodes Rogers has been made the new Royal Governor of the Bahamas. He has come to bring law and order to the “Privateer’s Republic”, an autonomous state ruled by pirates.
He offers the King’s Pardon to any pirates that will take it. Some choose to sign and some refuse, each with their own reason. By the end of the day we’ll see who gets the upper hand and how.
