Organizer: Acton Institute. The global economy is in crisis. In a short time, once powerful banks have crumbled, and recession looms as a reality across the world. Reflecting on this crisis, the 2008 Novak Award winner, Professor Carlos Hoevel of the Catholic University of Argentina will deliver a paper entitled “A Rosminian Vision for the Post-Crisis Global Economy”. Responding to Prof. Hoevel’s paper will be Rev. Umberto Muratore, who currently serves as Director of the Centro Internazionale di Studi Rosminiani and is the official Procurator for Antonio Rosmini’s cause for canonization.
