The Friends of Beeds Lake 2009 Restoration Run will take place August 29th and consist of a 5K walk/run, 10K and half marathon. Online registration is available at Active.com or All Sport Central, Registration forms may be downloaded from fitnesssports.com or www.friendsofbeedslake.hamptoniowa.org. Registration and packet pickup will also be available August 28th from 4:30 pm to 7 pm and race day from 6:30 am to 7:30 am. Packet will contain "goodies", t-shirt (if registered prior to Aug 14,we'll do our best after that) and free breakfast.
