Parents and children can come enjoy this workshop organised by the Health Promotion Board. This is one of the many activities families can take part in as part of the Parenting RAWKS! initiative, put together by I Love Children.

The workshop includes:
- Talk on ‘The ABCs of Healthy Eating’
- Sandwich-making demonstration
- Sandwich-making competition & creating your own happy meal with sandwiches
- Tour of the Health Zone
