Mirrorball #4 - Global Selections
Saturday February 24, 2007 at 4:30pm
Museum of Fine Arts
465 Huntington Avenue
Boston, Massachusetts 02115 Get Directions
Mirrorball #4 | Global Selections (2006, 58 min.) See Swedish design collective Traktor's interpretation of a very innovative penal system in The Flaming Lips' "Yeah Yeah Yeah Song." Get schooled, hip-hop style, by a bread-headed mixmaster in Callum Cooper's video for "How to Make a Beat." Dig the sweet, sweet moves of American indie band Ok Go in a bout of backgarden boogieing directed by the band themselves. Also in this year's Global Selection, the universal bummer of a bad morning, the extraordinary effects of mixing dogs with trampolines, and how to escape from the trunk of a fast-moving car.
MFA members, seniors, and students $8; general admission $9.

Series pass: Members, seniors, and students $20; general admission $24. Good for one entry to all 4 screenings in the Mirrorball series. Pass is not available online; for more information call the Remis Box Office at 617-369-3306.
