Social Media Club ('SMC') has been organized for the purpose of sharing best practices, establishing ethics and standards, and promoting media literacy around the emerging area of Social Media.

This month's meeting will be focused on '2007: The Year of the Video'.
We'll have a couple special guests speaking about what they're doing in the video world--if you're interested in speaking, send a note to toddv@topazpartners.com or richard_wadsworth@lpp.com.

The event is FREE to attend, though you must pre-register at http://www.socialmediaboston.org/forms/use/BostonJan06/form1.html so we can prepare the space for your arrival.

We are looking for volunteers to lead discussions, and for support from local businesses and/or individuals to cover drinks and snacks at the meetings. Please contact socialmediaclub [at] gmail [dot] com if you would like to support your local chapter.
