Though they said Beach Chalet, I'm pretty sure that is the restaurant portion. Park Chalet is the less hoity-toity bar portion of the establishment. It's near the back on the first floor.

Discovery (the channel, not the space shuttle) will be there filming as well.

Yeah, last time there was quite a crowd. I couldn't see Alex and Kevin very well, but they had speakers set up so that you could (kind of) hear them. All in all, it's a good time and worth checking out. Beer isn't too shabby either.
