The Lao Family Community Development (LFCD) is offering a free foreclosure workshop on January 10th, 2009. LFCD will go over foreclosures and potentially bankruptcies. In addition, there will be an opportunity for attendees to meet with housing counselors after the workshop.

LCFD is a local non-profit and are not part of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), which is a larger, federal agency. Our Homeownership Center only provides borrower counseling, we do not provide refinancing loans and we do not have any money/resources to assist you with getting your mortgage current.
