The Crossroads 5th Annual Charity Golf Outing will be held on Monday, Aug. 10 at Quail Hollow Country Club, located at I 90 & S.R. 44.

The event is a scramble starting at 1 p.m. on the course designed by golf legend Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish. Proceeds will benefit severely emotionally disturbed children in Lake County.

Entry fees include greens and cart fees, lunch, dinner, prizes and awards. Registration and practice begin at noon. Space is limited. The 2008 event was a complete sellout.
