When I asked did the groundhog see his shadow, he said he didn't know he doesn't own a TV or a computer. Obviously, a true gardener who understands the distractions we face today. When I suggested March 21, he immediately came back with I would say that's approriate since it is the first day of spring. The man has an incredible wit and knows more than a little about the art of urban gardening. The City Fresh program has not been sleeping this winter, and I am sure he will tell us about that growth as well.
