The LA Philharmonic joins the Decemberists - in their debut performance with full orchestra - for an evening of masterful pop-folk, inventive songwriting, sweet tale-telling, and lush melodies. Tickets $20-$105.

okay, so im definitely getting some cheap seats and going (just hopefully i wont fall asleep from the orchestra b.s).... can't wait to see the decemberists!

No CC, the Decemberists play WITH the orchestra, we're talking full string accompaniment. They did the same with Belle and Sebastian last year and it was awesome.

Now the important question: can you bring alcohol to this event?
The bowl website says you can for LA Phil sponsored events but not for "leased" events such as Roger Waters etc. This seems like more of a "leased" event but the LA Phil is playing with the Decemberists. Anyone know what the deal is?
