2007 Society for News Design workshop.

There’s never been a workshop like this because there’s never been a time like this. If you do design or infographics for print, online, or interactive media, this year’s workshop will give you the tools you need to stay one step ahead. We’ve gathered speakers from around the world—many from outside of newspapers—to explain, inspire and provoke. We’ve added portfolio critiques and practical hands-on sessions on everything from brainstorming to making better use of design software.

Speakers include Chip Kidd, Adrian Holovaty (formerly of washingtonpost.com, now of EveryBlock), Khoi Vinh (nytimes.com), Brian Storm (mediastorm.org), Mark Porter (The Guardian) and Tom Bodkin (The New York Times).

You might want to mention how much this costs. I had to dig around even on the website to find information on pricing, which I thought was kind of annoying.
