This month's Japonica Salon will feature a rare, live demonstration of the transcendent "Chado" or "Way of Tea" ceremony, beautifully performed by Dr. Sheila Fling, Professor Emeritus of Texas State University. Don't miss this special event, a rare presentation of the tea ceremony. Genmaicha and mochi will only be served following Dr. Fling's presentation, during the "question and answer" period.
