Taking the pain out of accouting, FreeAgent Central is the darling of freelancers and small businesses for it's simple, thoughtful user experience. Ed will be talking about how FreeAgent Central is designed and built, and will hopefully answer the question that has been bugging me for the last 18 months; how do they deliver so many improvements every week without fail?
