MIX is the longest-running lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender
film festival in New York City and one of the foremost venues for
experimental cinema in the world. Founded in 1987 by writer Sarah
Schulman and filmmaker Jim Hubbard, MIX has grown into an
internationally recognized venue for emerging talents and a fearless
exhibitor, reveling in subversive visions and creative anarchic
energy.
