Friends & RPCVs of Guyana will formally be launching on Friday, July 13th at 7:00pm with a fundraiser at Liberty Express Restaurant and Bar in Richmond Hill, Queens, New York. The venue will be drink specials, a raffle for a few items and cover at the door is $10.
